Our Story
For the past four years, our journey as Trailblazers has been a testament to the transformative power of Salesforce. As we reflect on these years, we’ve witnessed the diverse perspectives of individuals approaching Salesforce, whether they hail from a Non-Tech or Technical background. Two key individuals, Rashi Saini and Ashish Madhukar, exemplify the spirit of our community.
Rashi, coming from a Non-Technical Background without prior knowledge of Java or any programming language, embarked on her Salesforce journey. Starting as an Admin, she gradually transitioned into Development, mastering skills in APEX, LWC, and Integration. What sets her journey apart is her stint as a business analyst, enhancing her understanding of Salesforce logics.
On the other side, Ashish Madhukar, a B.Tech graduate, commenced his journey in Varanasi. Facing challenges in securing a placement after college, he navigated through limited opportunities in Varanasi and eventually found his way to Noida. It was there that he discovered the support and camaraderie within the Trailblazers community. It was in this vibrant community that Ashish and Rashi crossed paths and shared a common vision: to build something impactful for individuals navigating the complexities of learning Salesforce and securing job opportunities.
And so, SFDC Madhukar was born.
